Doors Open: 10:30 am
Meetings: 11:00 am - 11:45 pm
Lunch: 11:45 am

- If you complete the proxies but then attend, your proxies will be returned to you when you check-in so you can vote directly.

Event Refund Policy:
• Refunds or account credits are available for cancellations received before the registration deadline.
• Because registrant counts are guaranteed to the venue, no refunds are available after the registration deadline.
• After the registration deadline, if a registrant notifies LWVPBC of their cancellation, and does not at that time have the name of a specific replacement, if there is a person on the waiting list who pays the event fee for that cancelled spot, the original registrant will receive a credit to their account.
Notice of cancellation may be sent to info@lwvpbc.org or to the event contact(s).
Photography:
Photographs will be taken at events for use on the League of Women Voters of Palm Beach County website, marketing materials, "the Voter" Newsletter, and in the press. By attending an event you consent to being photographed and your image and likeness being used by the League of Women Voters of Palm Beach County.
