Request a Vote-by-Mail Ballot Online The deadline to request that a Vote-by-Mail ballot be mailed to you is no later than 5:00 pm on the 12th day before the election. Track Your Vote-by-Mail Ballot

Vote-by-Mail Signature Cure If you returned your Vote-by-Mail ballot but forgot to sign the envelope, or if there is a discrepancy with your signature, you need to complete and return a Signature Cure Affidavit. Make an Early Voting Appointment (Optional)
