Hi there, League member!
Here are a few tips that may help you.
First, be sure you are using the email associated with your account. If you aren’t sure of your email address or need to make a change, please contact HELP.
Tip: Try ‘copy and paste’ to avoid typos when you enter your email and password. (You can search ‘copy and paste’ online to learn how.)
(Please note: if you make too many login attempts, you will be blocked for 2 hours. Try again after this time or email help@lwvpbc.org if you need access right away.)
If you need a new password.
- Click on the ‘Lost Password‘ link to reset your password, use your email address… this is your unique username.
- If you forget your password, you can set and reset your password as many times as you like. Tip: You can also set up your internet browser (Google, Safari, etc.) to remember your password. Just search online: ‘how to set up my browser to remember passwords’ for your specific browser.
- Look in your inbox– You will receive an email with a link to set your new password, click on that link. (If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your Spam folder and other folders.)
- After you have set a new password, use it with your email address to log in. (Go HERE to log in.)
- If you want the League webmaster to provide you with a password, email your request to help@lwvpbc.org.
If you’re trying to renew and make a payment.
- Log in first. Our website database remembers you as a member, even if your membership has expired.
- Then go to the JOIN page, scroll down. You can select from a number of membership levels and make your payment.
