I had the distinct honor of meeting former Florida Governor LeRoy Collins in the early 1990s. Now over 25 years later, I have the privilege of working at FAU in a public ethics research and training academy that bears his name. His quote on acting in an ethical manner in the public sector is short and sweet and still resonates today.
