Join LWVPBC Day Trippers at one of Palm Beach County’s finest jewels, The Richard and Pat Johnson Palm Beach County History Museum, for a fun docent-led tour of its first-ever Grand Exhibition and the restored historic 1916 Palm Beach County Courthouse. Enjoy reconnecting with friends for the tour and optional lunch to follow.

The exhibit will explore the impact Palm Beach made on resort fashion over the last 129 years, as it solidified itself as one of America’s premier luxury destinations, where winter comes to summer. Top fashion brands as well as iconic fashion influencers, such as Jacqueline Kennedy, Lilly Pulitzer, and others, adopted fresh new looks, ingenuity, and a philanthropic spirit, transforming Palm Beach into the winter fashion capital of the world.

(Public parking is available in metered spaces on 3rd Street and in the 4th Street parking lot or in several public parking garages in the surrounding area. An accessible entrance is located on the east side of the building on the 1st floor with elevators to the museum level on the 2nd floor.)
