John Martin, a Legal Fellow in the Brennan Center for Justice’s Elections & Government Program, will discuss the Supreme Court’s 2010 decision that opened the floodgates for a wave of big money to influence elections. One of the most egregious consequences of this decision has been the growth of dark money, where donors go undisclosed.
