In the time of CoVid-19 many events and meetings are being hosted digitally using Zoom.
Below is a guide to use Zoom and join our meetings.
HOW DO I JOIN THE ZOOM MEETING ON A COMPUTER, TABLET OR SMARTPHONE?
You can join the meeting by clicking the meeting link or going to join.zoom.us and entering in the meeting ID. (Before joining a Zoom meeting on a computer or mobile device, you can download the Zoom app from our Download Center. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click the join link.)

How do I join computer/device audio?
On most devices, you can join computer/device audio by clicking Join Audio, Join with Computer Audio, or Audio to access the audio settings.
*While you are not required to have a webcam to join a Zoom Meeting or Webinar, you will not be able to transmit video of yourself. You will continue to be able to listen and speak, participate in online voting and view the webcam video of other participants.
HOW DO I JOIN THE ZOOM MEETING BY PHONE ONLY?
Dial one of the below in-country numbers. If you dial a toll number, your carrier rates will apply. You will be prompted to enter the meeting ID – the nine (9), ten (10), or eleven (11) digit ID provided to you by the host, followed by #.

If the meeting has not already started and you join before the host, you will be prompted to enter the # to wait, if you are a participant.
