Our recently updated lwvpbc.org homepage and Voter Toolkit will help you be an educated voter and keep up with developments in this critical election year.

We’ve streamlined our web layout but the two red menu bars will look familiar. They let you navigate the website, perform membership activities, register for events and learn about our League and its issues.  If you are a member and are signed in, clicking on Member Directory gives you access to member’s contact information, contacts for our Board of Directors and Committee Chairs and access to material reserved for members, such as LWVPBC policies, Board meeting reports, financial reports, payment vouchers and manuals.

Voting and election information now have assumed a more prominent location on our website.

Information for Voters includes direct links to the PBC elections website: https://www.pbcelections.org.

The site includes a wealth of information on voter registration, your voter status, early voting, voting by mail, a sample ballot, a precinct finder and more. Additionally, our 411 Annual Voter Guide will be provided as a valuable resource to help voters prepare for Election Day.

3 Ways to Vote covers Vote by Mail, early voting hours and locations, and Election Day information hours and locations. The league believes that Vote by Mail is Safe, Convenient and Easy, and the best way to vote in 2020.

Voter Education lists Speakers Bureau presentations and candidate forums, and includes a calendar of election events and Zoom meetings for League and other PBC nonprofits.  It also includes our LWVPBC Legislative Directory that lists U.S., Florida, and Palm Beach County elected officials.

Voting News is a collection of recent articles and social media posts about issues of concern to League members and county residents.

Why 2020 Matters is a rundown of election issues, including voting rights for felons, Census, Your representation in the U.S. Congress, the number of Florida’s Electoral College votes, and congressional and legislative redistricting are all directly linked to the Census count,  National Popular Vote, and local issues that impact your everyday life.
